Summary of this position:

Responsible for monitoring activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and provides assistance by performing the following duties.

Duties & Responsibilities of this Team Member include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Acts as one adult on deck according to NYS Pool Rules.
  2. Ensures all children under 16 are accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
  3. Promotes and maintains a safe and organized swimming environment.
  4. Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
  5. Records activities and incidents as they occur in the pool and submits to the management.
  6. Inspects swimming areas before and after each shift for possible maintenance, cleanliness, or other problems, and reports problems to the management as appropriate.
  7. Maintains and stores all equipment.
  8. Monitors weather and responds as required.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Summary:

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building including grounds and fixtures by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
  2. Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include sweeping and mopping all tile surfaces, polish as necessary all floor space, and vacuum carpeted areas.
  3. Follows all written and verbal instructions.
  4. Ensures all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas.
  5. Cleans rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, showers, and restocking rest room supplies as needed.
  6. Cleans laundry room including wiping out machines paying special attention to seals, lint traps, edges and surfaces.
  7. Cleans Ranger Station including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and wiping down counters and other surfaces.
  8. Cleans rental units after guest checkout including disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, showers, and restocking rest room supplies as needed, sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters and other surfaces.
  9. Removes trash and dispose of in designated areas.
  10. Maintains all equipment including vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mop buckets, and cleaning supplies.
  11. Monitors supply levels and notifies management of order needs prior to running out.
  12. Ensures security of building during and after completed jobs and reports any security violations to management.
  13. Reports the need for any major repairs to management.
  14. Reports emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately.
  15. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
  16. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Summary:

Maintain and repair all equipment, buildings and grounds of the facility by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Upkeeps the grounds to include mowing, shrubs, trees, general yard work and parking lot repairs.
  2. Repairs minor problems of buildings and grounds.
  3. Performs regular upkeep of interior and exterior of buildings.
  4. Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
  5. Delivers and/or picks up supplies when needed.
  6. Keeps machines in good working condition at all times.
  7. Applies general knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, welding, painting and masonry work as needed.
  8. Operate the honeywagon to evacuate camper’s tanks as needed, and empty the honeywagon at the dump station.
  9. Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
  10. Removes trash from camp sites.
  11. Delivers firewood to camp sites as needed.
  12. Empties firepits.
  13. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsible for attending to customers, providing excellent customer service, and ringing up cash and charge purchases in an efficient manner by performing the following duties.

  1. Rings up retail items on cash register, and tenders proper change for customers as purchases are made.
  2. Maintains the store in a neat and orderly manner to include merchandise, floors, windows, cabinets and other surrounding areas.
  3. Tickets and restocks items as directed by management.
  4. Reports any customer and/or employee injuries to management immediately.
  5. Refills ingredients and supplies slushies machine when needed.
  6. Stocks ice cream cooler as needed.
  7. Reports any misconduct, stealing or damaging of property by customers and/or employees to management immediately.
  8. Checks campers in upon arrival at campground.
  9. Answers phones in a courtesy manner and takes reservations as needed.
  10. Registers guests of campers and collects visitors fees.
  11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
