Reservation Policies at Chautauqua County Jellystone Park™

  1. Reservations are recommended, campers must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
  2. All reservations are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
  3. Holiday Weekends: Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend. Holiday weekends require a minimum of 3 night stay, paid in advance.
  4. Cancellations:
    • Campsites: Minimum 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for campsites, 14 day notice prior to arrival dates required for Holiday weekends. The deposit will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation fee.
    • Rentals: Minimum 14 day. notice prior to arrival date required, 21 days notice prior to arrival dates for Holiday weekends. The deposit will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee.
    • There will be no refund if less than required notice. Reservations deposits paid less than 7 days prior to arrival for campsites, and 14 days prior to arrival for Rentals are non-refundable.
    • No Shows:  No refunds or credits will be given for a no show. If you fail to show up by noon on the day after your scheduled arrival, the sites will revert back to the campground to be rebooked.
  5. If you would like to ensure the site of your choice, please use our site lock option. If you do not lock your site, we reserve the right to move you to another site in the same “site type”.
  6. Check-in: 2pm; Check-out: 12pm (noon)
  7. Early Arrivals: $20 charge may be applied for the extra 1/2 day.
  8. Groups: We offer a 10% discount for groups with 10 or more guaranteed reservations.
  9. Group Discounts not offered on Holiday Weekends.
  10. Management reserve the right to deny a reservation to anyone for any reason.
