Reservation Policies at Jellystone Park™ Chautauqua County

  1. Reservations are recommended, campers must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
  2. Only one camping unit per site is permitted. All campsite or rental unit reservations include 2 adults and up to 3 children under 21 years old (unmarried and living at home). Additional adults or children registered in advance (up to the point of check in) are $5 per person per day. Every person must be included for the entire duration of the reservation. Any additional people coming to the campground after check-in or who are not staying for the whole duration of the reservation are considered visitors. Visitor charges are $5 per day for Monday thru Thursday visits, or $10 per day for Friday thru Sunday visits.
  3. A 1-night deposit is due at the time of booking, unless specified otherwise. A 3-night deposit is required for all Holiday weekends. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the card on file, including any add-ons and online store purchases. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
  4. Holiday Weekends: Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend. Holiday weekends require a minimum of 3 night stay, paid in advance. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the card on file, including any add-ons and online store purchases. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
  5. Cancellations:
    • Campsites: Minimum 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for campsites, 14 day notice prior to arrival dates required for Holiday weekends. The deposit will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation fee.
    • Rentals: Minimum 14 day. notice prior to arrival date required, 21 days notice prior to arrival dates for Holiday weekends. The deposit will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee.
    • There will be no refund if less than required notice. Reservations deposits paid less than 7 days prior to arrival for campsites, and 14 days prior to arrival for Rentals are non-refundable.
    • No Shows: No refunds or credits will be given for a no show. If you fail to show up by noon on the day after your scheduled arrival, the sites will revert back to the campground to be rebooked.
  6. If you would like to ensure the site of your choice, please use our site lock option. If you do not lock your site, we reserve the right to move you to another site in the same “site type”.
  7. Check-In / Check-Out:
    • Campsites Check-in: 2pm; Check-out-12pm (noon)
    • Rental Units Check in: 3pm; Check-out 11am.

    The registered occupants of a campsite or rental unit must leave the property by check out time. We cannot accommodate staying over to use amenities unless late check out is approved.

  8. Early Arrival/Late Checkout (based on availability and office approval by 10am on day of departure): $30 charge for campsites or a $60 charge for cabins/camper rentals may be applied for the extra ½ day.
  9. Groups: We offer a 10% discount for groups with 10 or more guaranteed reservations.
  10. Group Discounts not offered on Holiday Weekends.
  11. Management reserve the right to deny a reservation to anyone for any reason.
  12. Golf Cart Rentals:
    • Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a golf cart. All drivers must have a driver’s license (no permits).
    • 2 night minimum for a golf cart rentals on a weekend, 3 nights minimum on a holiday weekend.
    • Golf Cart rental check in and check out times follow the same times as campsites.
  13. Pedal Kart Rentals: Pedal Karts are rented by the ½ hour and hour. Please see Ranger Station staff for the rates and scheduling. Parents must sign a waiver prior to renting the pedal kart.
